I randomly bought this manga when it came out because I thought the cover looked neat and have finally read it. It was just okay.

It's about Tsubame Satsuki, a woman who came back to her hometown on a remote island when she couldn't really find a place to belong as an office lady in Tokyo. A man part of the Yakuza named Motorou Hayabusa comes to the island wounded. She helps him out and they start to form a connection.

It's only a volume so everything moves along pretty quickly, but it all felt a little too convenient for me. There's not much going on here, every problem is quickly resolved or actually non-existent. On top of that Tsubame and Motorou's relationship isn't particularly interesting. Everything feels so neatly wrapped up I couldn't really connect with it.

Spoilers for entire manga
Tsubame's issue of not really feeling like she's useful or belongs anywhere could've been relatable if it had a more meaningful impact on the story. It seems like you get her working with Motorou on the new cruise business and her former co-worker telling her she was useful and it's resolved without it bubbling up. The romance feels pretty contrived overall, especially when they have to add that they've known each other from a young age, Tsubame just didn't remember at first. When the cop shows up it's obvious nothing bad will happen to Motorou and just serves as the climax of the story.

Sometimes when you buy a random manga it just ends up being meh. There's nothing particularly bad about it, it just wasn't for me. Oh well.
