This time I read あなたじゃなきゃだめなの (Anata janakya Dame nano), a yuri manga by Kei Yoshizawa.

At first the manga starts out about a mangaka who reconnects with an old flame then quickly expands to the string of unrequited loves, jealousies, possessive relationships that it sets off in themselves and the people connected to them. It moves really fast in this part, introducing a lot of characters, showing how their hang-ups/issues destroy themselves, their current relationships, and the relationships they'd want to have. Then the manga slows down and focuses on the new romantic relationships that begin to form in the aftermath as each character tries to work through their shit. There are bumps along the way. I like how as certain relationships solidify it lets them bounce off the one that's the current focus so they never feel like isolated stories, but by the end you realize everyone is in much different, better places than they were at the outset of the manga. It was pretty good!
